GENERAL PRODUCT

The House of Crunk™ Championship Ring Collection has been produced under the strictest of craftsmanship standards using accepted jeweler manufacturing procedures. Each ring has been thoroughly examined and passed rigorous quality testing controls. Please register your purchase on our company website houseofcrunk.com to assure that your ring is fully covered. Register immediately after purchase and keep together with your product purchase receipt.

To ensure the most competitive purchase price, we have used a tested composition of metals in the final product. As your ring contains non-precious metals, the wearer should not permit the ring to come into contact with any chemicals that could change its appearance and reduce its brilliant finish.

The Most Valuable Patron (MVP) ring is made from stainless steel and should give many years of wearability with the proper care. To keep your ring looking new, restrict its contact from any chemicals. There are many stainless steel cleaners on the market, but it is recommended to test a small area on the ring before applying liberally. The House of Crunk™ is not responsible for any damage that a cleaning product may cause to the integrity and appearance of its rings.

The Black & Gold Fan and the Ultimate Fan rings are made of brass with a gold plating and should give many years of wearability with the proper care. Restrict any contact with any chemicals, powders or soaps that may alter the finish on the rings. This damage is not covered under the warranty. Keep the rings clean and away from harmful detergents and cleaners. Please remove the ring when cleaning your hands in order to preserve its finish. Since both of these rings are gold plated, some chemicals could be harmful to the coating and fade its high sheen.

This warranty offers 100% coverage on craftsmanship within the first 30 days after purchase. Any claim resulting from a manufacturer’s defect will entitle you to a product exchange for an equivalent ring or for any other ring of equal or lesser value. Should you report a claim 30 days following your purchase receipt date, the House of Crunk™ will look to correct any problem that may have resulted from the manufacturing process. In all cases, the gold plated finish on the Black & Gold Fan and the Ultimate Fan rings will not be covered outside of the first 30-day purchase period. Any mistreatment or exposure to any chemical that would fade or otherwise change the appearance of these rings voids the warranty of coverage during the first 30-day period.

It is hereby agreed upon that, without a valid proof of purchase, your ring will be offered limited manufacturer’s coverage. Any repairs or product replacement will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be made solely at the discretion of our craftsmen. All decisions are final. Should you be unable to return the ring for examination to the store of purchase or produce a valid product receipt, you must obtain a return authorization number by completing the form on our website, houseofcrunk.com. All rings that are returned without this authorization number will not be repaired or replaced. The House of Crunk™, its manufacturer, and our stores or affiliates shall not be held responsible for the return, damage, or loss of any ring without prior authorization. The House of Crunk™ is committed to a satisfactory purchase experience, but will not accept returns that have not been shipped as requested or are returned to any retail outlet or to us without prior authorization.

EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY

For a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date of purchase, the House of Crunk™ will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, products found to be defective by virtue of materials or workmanship. Written notice is required within the first thirty (30) days from discovery of a defect. Coverage will be provided should the defect occur within the one (1) year warranty period and the buyer is able to provide proof of product registration on the House of Crunk™ website within the first 30 days of purchase.

Coverage would extend to any manufacturer-related defect. Exclusions would include fading or the loss of any stones. The manufacturer, at their sole discretion, will make this determination after thorough product examination. All decisions made by the manufacturer are final, without recourse to the House of Crunk™ or any and all of our distributors or retail outlets. The House of Crunk™ may choose, at its full discretion, to refund the original purchase price or provide a replacement product or ring of equal or lesser value. As the House of Crunk™ Championship Ring Collection is a limited product edition and produced in limited quantities, the buyer agrees to the substitution of an available House of Crunk™ product of equal or lesser value.

Not covered in this limited warranty:
1. Discoloration due to misuse or contact with any chemicals.
2. Loss of stones that were a result of misuse or abuse or damage to the ring.
3. Damage due to dropping, which may alter the ring shape or cause the top to become dislodged from its base.

This limited warranty specifically excludes any liability for consequential or incidental damages and is limited to the purchase price of the ring, not to exceed $250.00. The maximum liability and the full extent to any buyer’s claim cannot exceed the lesser of the purchase price of the rings or $250.00.

This limited warranty does not cover labor, shipping expenses or other costs associated with any repairs. Any alterations that have not been performed by us or our authorized repair affiliates will automatically void the warranty without recourse. There are no warranties granted other than what has been expressly detailed herein. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.
